Terms & Conditions for BattleArena

Welcome to BattleArena, a gaming and earning platform where you can join tournaments, participate in daily giveaways, and complete tasks to earn points. By using BattleArena ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BattleArena, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time, and changes will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate information during signup and maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws regarding online gaming and earnings in your jurisdiction.

3. Platform Usage

• Tournaments: You may join tournaments by paying entry fees (points or INR) or free entry. Tournament rules, rewards, and eligibility are set by BattleArena and may vary per event.
• Giveaways: Daily giveaways require watching ads or completing tasks to enter. Winners are selected randomly, and points are distributed according to the Platform’s rules.
• Tasks: You can earn points by watching videos (sponsored or user-uploaded) or rewarded ads. Points are credited upon successful task completion, subject to verification.
• Withdrawals: Points can be converted to INR (e.g., 20 pts = ₹1) and withdrawn via supported payment methods. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, minimum thresholds, and processing times.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.
• Cheat, manipulate, exploit, or attempt to gain unfair advantage in tournaments, giveaways, or tasks.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• Post offensive, inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform or other users.

5. Points and Earnings

• Points are virtual currency earned through tasks, giveaways, or tournaments and have no monetary value outside the Platform.
• BattleArena reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or remove point balances in cases of fraud, abuse, errors, or violation of these Terms.
• Withdrawals are processed within a reasonable timeframe but may be delayed or denied for verification or compliance reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including text, graphics, code, logos, and materials) is owned by BattleArena or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you forfeit any remaining points, earnings, or rewards.

8. Limitation of Liability

BattleArena is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses due to downtime, bugs, errors, or interruptions.
• Inability to participate in tournaments, giveaways, or earn points.
• Actions or omissions of third-party services (e.g., payment processors, ad networks).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meghalaya, India.
